Please note: Rates are one-way and based on mileage from pickup to destination. The $15 nonrefundable reservation fee is separate from the ride fare. Waiting time or other special arrangements must be agreed upon before the ride is confirmed. We do not provide wheelchair transportation.

Pay your $15 reservation fee
First, submit your ride request. LuzCare Transport will contact you to confirm availability. After your ride is approved, pay the $15 nonrefundable reservation fee using one of the options below.
